Woodpro Cabinetry is located in Cabool, Missouri. Cabool is in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks and has a population of 2,100+.

The stories and photos of Our Town will give you a glimpse into the life and times of Woodpro's CEO and Founder, LeRoy Walls.

Growing up in the hill country five miles east of Cabool, Missouri LeRoy and Glen Walls were taught the value of hard work, integrity and common sense problem solving.

The Walls family farm was not a place for a pessimist or a whiner. Only big hurts, aches, pains and problems were brought up. Chores and other tasks were expected to be done even when not feeling up to par. Anyone well enough to eat was well enough to work.

Glen and LeRoy's family extended beyond their parents, older brother Keith, sisters Carolyn and Donna and grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins to the community of Mt. Pisgah where Christian values, simple living and sharing of downhome hospitality was a way of life.

These core values have now become an integral part of life within the Woodpro family of employees.

LeRoy and his wife Paula returned to Cabool in 1977 for two important reasons. To start Woodpro Cabinetry and to give their children the opportunity to grow up around family.

Many of the recent photographs are by Carolyn Brandt, LeRoy's sister, or Lora Noll, LeRoy's daughter. Margaret Walls, who is LeRoy's mother, took most of the older black and white photographs. For the history of Margaret's black and white farm photographs click here, Margaret-Family Photographer.
